Industrial blade sharpening and cutting tools for various industries

We offer comprehensive sharpening services for both Saalasti’s own machine chipperknives and blades as well as specialized blades designed for demanding industrial use. Our services cover numerous industries, including mechanical wood handling, pulp and paper industries, food industry, power plants, and printing industry.

We also offer maintenance work, including installation and welding services.

Sharpening, replacement, and refurbishment of chipper, crusher, debarker, planer, core cutter, and ice resurfacer blades.
Blades for list cutters, slitting cutters, and arc shears.
Carbide and sheet metal blades, diameters 120–1200 mm, including replacements.

Reusing blades and cutting tools through refurbishing is a cost-effective way to maintain machine performance and availability during the machine’s life cycle.
